7th Annual Summer Camp

The 7th Annual Southern Gaels Summer Camp was held in Pairc Chiarain, Athlone GAA
from Monday 29th July to Friday 2nd August 2002 with 40 juveniles taking part.
The coaches were Paul Kehoe, Graeme Corcoran, John Benton and Kevin Jordan.

Clare hurler Ollie Baker attended on the Friday to give out prizes and present all participants
with their Hurling Packs whick included a sliother, t-shirt, cap, pen and poster.

Many thanks to Ollie who signed autographs for all the players along with making the presentations.

10th Annual Golf Classic

Our 10th Annual Golf Classic was held in Moate Golf Club on the August Bank Holiday.
35 teams took part with Garrycastle emerging as winners on the day.
